About
Offline Pocket started as a shared notes file between three friends who kept losing signal on long train rides and needed something to do. We got tired of downloading games that turned out to be unplayable without a connection, so we began keeping a list of the ones that actually worked. That list slowly turned into this site.,We only cover games we have installed and played ourselves, usually for at least a few evenings. Nobody writes a review from a trailer or a press release here. If a game claims to be offline but nags you for a connection every ten minutes, we say so plainly.,The catalogue leans toward variety on purpose. One week it's a slow farming simulator, the next it's a turn-based RPG or a physics puzzle. We think a good offline library should have something for a five-minute break and something for a two-hour flight.,We're not tied to any studio and we don't chase trends. If a small game is quietly excellent, it gets the same attention as a big release. That's the whole point of running an independent site.
